Start-up, Commissioning & Training
Our skilled factory-trained field service technicians follow up equipment installations with a thorough review and tests to ensure that the equipment is performing to the manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations.
Through years of dedicated service in the greater central and northern Michigan area, Joseph M. Day Company has gained a reputation for reliable, high-quality work and frequently is sought out by other vendors to provide local service when their own service people are not available or they themselves do not possess in-house service capabilities.
It is becoming a common occurrence on new installation and retrofit projects to use third party organizations to execute a pre-determined commissioning process. Our extensive start-up process favorably positions equipment provided by us to be successfully commissioned by the third party. We will work with you and your commissioning agent to complete this final project requirement successfully. This is often appropriate and necessary to ensure all safety requirements are met or exceeded. Our field service personnel take great pride in all the work they do and are focused on helping deliver successful projects to you.
In addition, our factory-trained field service personnel will provide on-site training on your new equipment after start-up to make sure that proper operation, care and maintenance are understood by your operations and maintenance personnel. Refresher instruction and training are available on a periodic basis if required or needed.
